I ordered flowers for a sick loved one on January 1. New Years Day with delivery stated to be same day. Matt from the Flower Barrel called that day to inform that all wholesale flower outlets were closed that day and he would be unable to fulfill the order, as he did not believe his in-store inventory was sufficiently fresh to make an arrangement that would meet his high standards. He would deliver the following day with a few extra touches to compensate for the delay, which he did.
Matt followed through with flying colors and our family appreciated his personal attention to ensuring that the highest quality product was delivered as soon as possible.
